170 °C / 10-15 minutes
80 g butter
150 g brown sugar
125 g sugar
1 egg yolk
250 g flour
10 g vanilla sugar
0,5 tsp baking powder
0,5 tsp salt
100 g chocolate chips
Mix the brown and white sugar in one bowl.
Mix flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder and salt in another bowl.
Mix the egg and egg yolk together.
Melt the butter over low heat, and remove the pan from the heat once melted. Add the sugars and combine to a paste.
Let the mixture cool a little before adding the eggs, making sure they don’t get cooked.
Move mixture to a larger bowl, and mix in the flower mix.
Let cool before adding chocolate chips.
Eat some of the dough ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
You decide yourself how you want to make the cookies. You can roll them to a sausage and cut them up, you can use an ice cream scoop, or just freehand them (that’s what I – a real artist – do).
Cook in the middle of the oven for 10-15 minutes, depending on how large you made your cookies.
